Exchange Policy

*Exchange within 3 days of the order’s receipt date.

How to exchange items when ordering from the website or App:
1- Contact our customer service team and inform them that there are items to exchange on WhatsApp
number 065510004.
2-Make a new order with the items you want from the website.
3-Send the item code you want to exchange.
4-The customer service team will make the exchange policy and deduct the exchange amount from the
new order then send a confirmation.
5-The exchange amount must be the same as the amount of the new order or more.
6-If the amount of the order after deducting the amount of the exchange is less than 20 JD, 3 JD will be
added for delivery.
7-When you receive the new order, give the delivery man the exchange items and pay for the delivery or price difference (if any).


*Exchange service is available after receiving the order.
*We apologize for not being able to offer a preview and return service.
*No returns or exchanges for discounts of 90%.
*Items that are not eligible for exchange include leggings, underwear, and swimwear.
